You can exchange your item up to 14 days after receiving it and 30 days after placing the order.

Note: Since all of our clothing is made to order and can't be resold, we kindly suggest checking out our sizing chart before placing your order. This will also help reduce textile wastage, so let's all be mindful together!"

We don't accept exchanges for items that have been washed or worn.

"If the item is currently out of stock, we will happily reach out to you via email to suggest alternative exchange options. In case there are no suitable alternatives, we will let you know and process a refund for the item once the item has been returned to us.

For an item that is the wrong size, we offer a free exchange policy to UK customers only.

If you would like to exchange the item for another product that costs more, then you would simply pay the difference. If the item you would like to exchange costs less, then we will refund you the difference.

As soon as we receive your item/s, we'll process your refund on the same day. It may take 5-10 working days for the refund to show up on your statements.

Yes, you can return a gift you received as long as it is within our return policy timeframe and meets the eligibility criteria.

For our EU customers, orders up to €150 are customs-free. However, if you're ordering products to be delivered outside of the UK, please keep in mind that there may be additional import duties and taxes depending on the destination. These fees are imposed once the products reach their specified delivery location. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and any customs or handling fees must be covered by you. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide refunds for any import duties that were paid on the original parcel.

Absolutely! You are more than welcome to return products purchased in a bundle. However, it's important to keep in mind that if you decide to return individual items from a bundle, it will affect the special offer of that bundle. When products bought as part of a bundle deal are returned separately, the full price will be charged for the other items you decide to keep from the bundle. Any item/s purchased on or after 15th October can be returned for a refund or exchange, provided the item is returned in a saleable condition until the 14th of January the following year. To kick off the process, simply fill out our online Return and Exchange form.

Yes, you can return an item purchased with a discount code. However, please note that the refund amount will be based on the discounted price paid for the item.
